Pouches with Purpose
Today a US woman’s lifetime risk of breast cancer is 1 in 8. Statistics show that 1 in 3 of us will have cancer in general.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and I’m joining our larger Beautycounter team and donating pouches for those undergoing chemo treatment in honor of my Nana, and my other family and friends who have been in or through this battle.
The idea behind the pouches is to put a smile on the faces of those going through chemo, while also sharing ways to reduce toxin load through safer personal care products. A woman should never have to sacrifice her health in the name of beauty and yet many of our products are loaded with toxic chemicals.
$35 will sponsor a beautiful self-care pouch, at my consultant price. And everyone who makes a donation this month will be entered into a raffle to win a BeautyCounter holiday special Beyond Gloss and holiday special hand cream in Sari Bari change purse!
If you are called to do so, please help by making a $35 US / $46 CAD donation here. I buy the products at my cost and put together the pouches. I will do an update post to show what we’ve created together!
Thank you for your support!
